Delete Account

To request deletion of your Adory account and related data, email support@adory.app from the email address associated with your Google sign-in, if your account is linked. If you use Adory anonymously, include the device or account information shown in the app's account or support screen.

What is deleted or anonymized

• Account identifiers and Google identity links.
• Refresh tokens and device records.
• User-owned pets, unless a future product policy says a shared pet is transferred or preserved differently.
• User-linked analytics, which will be deleted or anonymized where practical.
• Share/import records associated with your account where deletion is appropriate.

What may be retained

We may retain minimal records required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, financial records, or aggregated anonymous metrics.

Timing

Deletion requests are expected to be processed within 30 days after we have enough information to verify and locate the account.
