Common issues

Overlay permission

Adory needs permission to show the pet above other apps on your phone or tablet. If the pet does not appear, check that this permission is enabled for Adory in your device settings.

Notification permission

Adory uses a foreground notification while the overlay is active. The notification gives you controls to pause, pin, hide, or stop the pet.

Google sign-in

If Google sign-in fails, confirm that you are using the current Play or test build, then try signing in again. Include the approximate time of the failure when contacting support.

Privacy and deletion

Read the Privacy Policy or request account deletion from the Delete Account page.
